  • Introduction

Welcome to Sagar Kapoor Model Camp. By registering for our camp, you agree to comply by the following terms and conditions.
 

  • Eligibility

Participants must meet the age requirement which is 15 years and above and other criteria specified for each camp session.
 

  • Registration and Payment

Registration is confirmed only upon full payment. 
 

  • Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and peers. Any form of harassment or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the camp.
 

  • Liability

Sagar Kapoor Model Camp is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the camp. Participants are advised to have their own health insurance.
 

  • Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the camp are confidential and intended solely for the use of enrolled participants.
 

  • Changes to the program

Sagar Kapoor Model Camp reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, instructors, or content of the camp as necessary.
 

  • Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

REFUND POLICY –

Refunds are not available. We do not provide any refunds on cancellation. If participants are not able to join the camp on the dates for which they have booked the slot, they can join the next batch by informing their reason and the next slot will be given to them as per the availability.
